The cashier charged her an additional $13.07 in sales tax. She left the store
with a measely $7.28. How much money did Jenny start with?

First you take the amount of the shirts and times it by 7. Then you add the tax to the amount you got after multiplying. After that you have to add her change($7.28). After all that work you get your total of $90.00.
